1. Do you accept custom orders? - No, we no longer manufacture custom jewelry based on the customer's instructions. Most of the time the craftsman decides on the products after purchasing raw material (stones). Thus creating amber jewelry under certain criteria would result in ordering raw material, filtering it and only then processing the end product. Such interruption causes numerous difficulties in daily manufacturing plans.

2. Do you sell loose amber beads? - We supply only finished jewelry and do not offer semi-manufactures such as beads, stones or silver parts.

3. Are there any discounts for large orders? - Yes, please visit this page for more details.

4. Is your jewelry made of Natural amber? - Yes, all our products are Genuine Baltic Amber. It is neither Copal (premature resin), nor pressed or heated. We look at quality very seriously and always offer returns. Feel free to purchase our products and test them yourself.

5. Has my order been shipped? - You will receive a confirmation email once the package with your items is shipped. If you don't get such a notification, please check your Spam box and you can always get the tracking number via - just type in your name and surname. Click on the tracking number to check the date when the package left our country and further information.

6. When I input the tracking number you have provided to the website of my national post the status is "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment". Have you really shipped my package? - Yes, of course, this message only means that your package is still in transit. Please visit and check the date when your package has departed our country. Once the package reaches your country, you will be able to trace it using the website tools of your national post.

7. It's been 30 days since I have placed an order and I haven't received my order. What should I do? - Please use the tracking service of your national post office. Since all our items shipped will require a signature, sometimes packages are kept in the local post office without informing the recipient about the arrival.
